La gare des Guillemins dispose d’un parking P1 d’une capacit\u00e9 de 503 places, avenue de l’Observatoire. Celui-ci est r\u00e9put\u00e9 comme l’un des plus chers de la Ville de Li\u00e8ge, mais aussi de B-Parking. Le ticket \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e est de plus de 10\u20ac, et l’abonnement annuel, qui vient encore d\u2019augmenter, est pass\u00e9 de 724,50 \u00e0 738\u20ac. A titre comparatif, les abonnement annuels pour les navetteurs s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 368,40\u20ac au B-parking de la gare de Charleroi. <\/span><\/p>\n Si je ne doute pas de la qualit\u00e9 de celui des Guillemins, cette diff\u00e9rence est tout simplement aberrante\u00a0! Elle a des cons\u00e9quences d\u00e9sastreuses en termes de parking sauvage dans les quartiers alentours. <\/span><\/p>\n Monsieur le ministre, <\/span><\/p>\n Je vous remercie, monsieur le Ministre, pour vos r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 mes questions. Pour rappel, la politique tarifaire des parkings SNCB est bas\u00e9e sur une matrice qui tient compte du type de gare et de son environnement, du type d\u2019utilisateur, de la proximit\u00e9 du parking par rapport \u00e0 la gare (distance parking-gare) et du type de parking. Lorsqu\u2019il y a plusieurs parkings autour d\u2019une m\u00eame gare, les parkings sont appel\u00e9s P1, P2, etc. Le P1 est le parking consid\u00e9r\u00e9 le plus proche de la gare. Les P2, P3, \u2026 sont un peu plus loin. Une diff\u00e9renciation tarifaire est faite en fonction de cette distance \u00e0 parcourir, le P1 \u00e9tant le plus cher.<\/p>\n A Li\u00e8ge-Guillemins, la SNCB met \u00e0 disposition trois parkings autour de la gare. Ces trois parkings ont des tarifs diff\u00e9rents. Ainsi, un client de la SNCB peut payer entre 7,13 euros et 10,44 euros pour un ticket \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e et entre 328 euros et 738 euros pour un abonnement annuel. Les parkings SNCB sont accessibles 24h sur 24 avec une tarification diff\u00e9renci\u00e9e selon que le client voyage en train ou non, le voyageur en train b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un tarif pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel. L\u2019offre tarifaire \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge-Guillemins est donc comparable aux parkings des autres gares du pays. La diff\u00e9rence de prix s\u2019explique par le niveau de confort et la plus ou moins grande distance entre le parking et les quais.<\/p>\n Les parkings P1, P2 et P3 de Li\u00e8ge-Guillemins affichent un taux d\u2019occupation de respectivement 80%, 90% et 55%. Il existe donc bien une offre suffisante de parking \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la gare et il ne rentre pas dans la comp\u00e9tence de la SNCB de lutter contre le parking sauvage \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la gare. En outre, \u00e0 aucun moment, la SNCB n\u2019a re\u00e7u de demande sp\u00e9cifique de la ville de Li\u00e8ge concernant ces parkings.
